Terms of use
Maintained by the 2beav team. Using 2beav means you accept these rules.
1. Who we are
2beav is an introduction service operated by the 2beav team at 2beav.com. Questions about these terms: support@2beav.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and use your real identity. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Introductions must be honest
Only introduce people you actually know, and describe them truthfully. Do not send introductions on behalf of someone else, for commercial purposes, or to a person who has not agreed to be contacted.
4. Respect a pass
Declines are private and final for that introduction. Do not attempt to identify who declined, or to contact someone outside 2beav without their agreement.
5. Acceptable behaviour
No harassment, hate speech, nudity, solicitation, scams, spam, scraping, or automated access. We may remove content and restrict accounts that break these rules.
6. Goal bounties
You may put a bounty on your relationship goal. The amount is charged when you fund it and is held by 2beav in escrow — it is not paid to anyone until the goal is reached. You may connect with at most three Connectors at a time, and you alone decide which of them you accept and what your listing shows them.
7. Payment and release of a bounty
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details. A bounty is released to the Connector only after both members of the couple confirm the goal was reached and a safety window has elapsed. 2beav retains a 10% commission, disclosed before you fund the bounty.
8. Cancelling a bounty and refunds
You can cancel your bounty and be refunded in full at any time before a Connector claims it. Once a claim is under way, the bounty can no longer be cancelled unilaterally — contact support@2beav.com. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.
9. Gifts to Connectors
Sending a thank-you gift to a Connector is optional and voluntary. Gifts are final once sent, 2beav retains a service commission disclosed at checkout, and gifts are not payment for a guaranteed outcome.
10. Connector rewards and PassPoints
PassPoints recognise connector activity inside 2beav. They have no cash value on their own, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted or removed if earned through abuse. Cash rewards, where offered, follow the eligibility, review and minimum-payout rules shown in your Rewards page.
11. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos and text you upload, and you grant 2beav the limited right to host and display them inside the service so introductions can work. Only upload content you have the right to share.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that harass others, misrepresent themselves, or break these terms. You may delete your account at any time; any bounty you funded that has not yet been claimed is refunded to you.
13. The service
2beav is provided as-is while it evolves. We do not guarantee introductions, matches, or any relationship outcome. We may change or discontinue features, and will tell you about material changes to these terms.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, 2beav is not liable for the behaviour of other members or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
